Near it current state to us knowledge was the Bunker At Neu-Tymen  a site for SS-3 'Shyster' (R-5M) missiles in 1959 Two Launch Vehicles with 6 Missiles. That 20m long missile had a range of 1200km carrying a 300kT warhead.
The corresponding missile unit belongs to 72nd Engineer Brigade which was considered as an elite unit under direct control of the Central Commitee of the Soviet Communist Party.
The unit was deployed at this site from December 1958 to September 1959 before General Secretary Chrutschov ordered them back into the USSR. The readiness status was achieved in May 1959 later the home of the SS-12 missiles.
Both

Neuthymen and Vogelsang, they placed the warheads back in 1969 ,
first for (R-11 and R-17 SCUD-A), later for GK SCUD B, OTR-23 (SS-23) and
Tochka (SS-21) and moblile pladforms, this time the warheads were more dangerous.
